Tollway to LBJ to Josey
Google's route from Addison Town Hall on Belt Line Road goes around Addison Circle to Quorum Drive, onto Arapaho Road and then Dallas Parkway, before merging onto the Dallas North Tollway south. From the Tollway, take I-635 west and exit 26 toward Webb Chapel Road and Josey Lane, stay on the service road, then turn north on Josey and onto Randy Lane. About seven miles in all.
The Tollway is a toll road. If you would rather skip it, Belt Line Road west to Josey Lane, then south on Josey, is a surface street option; expect more lights and a few more minutes.

The Belt Line Option
For Addison residents west of the Tollway, especially near the airport, heading west on Belt Line Road to Josey Lane and then south can be just as quick as the highway, and it skips the toll. Turn south on Josey, cross Valley View Lane and look for Randy Lane.

From the Airport Side and Belt Line Restaurants
Addison's western edge, around the airport and Midway Road, is closer to Josey Lane than the town center. From there, Belt Line Road west or Midway Road south to LBJ are both good options. Customers leaving dinner on Belt Line Road can head west on Belt Line all the way to Josey and then turn south.
From the Addison Circle area and the apartments east of the Tollway, the Tollway south to I-635 west is the quickest way, which is the route Google picks.
